2008 -2009
AnnaLee Todd, EHT Enterprises
Established in 1998 by Annalee Todd, EHT Enterprises, Inc. (EHT) is a Pacific-Northwest general contractor recognized for producing high-quality projects and satisfied clients. As a minority, HUBZone-certified and woman owned business since the beginning, EHT entered the SBA’s 8(a) program in 2001 to expand their IDIQ and design/build expertise. They have continued to focus on general construction at federal facilities and successfully performed hundreds of projects for federal and commercial clients. Her company’s project experience is diverse and encompasses new construction, renovation, demolition, alteration, repairs and design/build projects.
As President of EHT, Annalee has orchestrated growth and diversification with continued focus on expanding EHT’s client base. Beginning with a contract for the Navy at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, under Annalee’s leadership, EHT now serves additional naval bases as well as the Army, Air Force, GSA, USPS, FAA and USACE. She has personally facilitated the expansion of EHT to include multiple Western and Northwestern states, including Alaska.
Currently serving as Immediate Past President of the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association, Annalee recognizes and embraces her role as a dedicated, responsible citizen and community leader. In an effort to promote and support her neighbors, she is an active member of the Economic Development Council for Kitsap County, Society of American Military Engineers, the American Cancer Society, Kitsap County Home Builders Association, and is a Past President of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce.
2007 -2008
Jim Nall, Paladin Data Systems
Jim Nall, President/CEO and co-founder of Paladin Data Systems Corporation since 1994, serves the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association as a Past President and board member at large. Due to Jim’s successful corporate experience, Norm Dicks asked Jim to provide corporate executive advice and support to the Executive Board members of the PSNBA. Jim is also a leader of a group that recently launched a new company, InterLocking Software Corporation.
Jim was born in Wenatchee and raised in Silverdale, WA. His career in the Information Systems field began while working for Lockheed Corporation in Washington, California, and Georgia. After receiving his AS degree from Georgia Military College and a BA from Valdosta State University, he returned to Kitsap County in 1992 where he currently resides on Bainbridge Island with his wife, Carolyn, and their three children.
Jim believes it is important to support our friends and neighbors who depend on our great local Navy bases. Therefore Jim volunteers to market the importance of our great local people and their capabilities. Jim’s involvement includes belonging to Rotary and the various Chambers in the area. Additionally, Jim is co-founder of TREK gymnastics, a non-profit training center for local gymnasts; and is a consistent proponent of local activism within Kitsap and King Counties.
2005 -2007
Tim Thomson, Port of Bremerton
Tim Thomson joined the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association in 2001 and served two years as President. Additionally, he contributes 28 years experience as a retired Naval Aviator captain. Tim is a native of Illinois. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Resource Management, completed his NROTC training, and was commissioned as a naval officer. Tim earned a Masters of Arts Degree in Management from Webster College. While in the Navy, Tim flew the A-6E Intruder and commanded Attack Squadron 52, and NAS Pensacola Florida, the “Cradle of Naval Aviation”.
Currently Tim serves the Port of Bremerton as their Chief Operating Officer, and manages the Olympic View Industrial and Business Parks, marketing Port properties including the Bremerton National Airport, and directing Port business development while providing oversight to the Port marinas and the airport.
Tim has served as the President of the Port Orchard Rotary Club, the President of the Kitsap Visitor and Convention Bureau, and is a board member of the Bremerton Historic Ships Association. He and his wife Denise live in Port Orchard, Washington.
2002-2005
Guy Stitt, AMI International
Guy Stitt is President
of AMI International and past President of the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association. Guy, a PSNBA member since 2000,
contributes 29 years experience in the naval market consulting with
shipyards, systems and equipment manufacturers, and navies world wide.
Guy was born in Los
Angeles, California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to starting
AMI in 1984, Guy served five years as a weapons specialist aboard Navy
Submarines and four years in various production, engineering, contract,
and managements positions with a large shipyard involved in naval
frigate new construction and surface combatant overhauls. AMI
International celebrates its’ 20th Anniversary in April.
Guy is a life member
of the U.S. Navy League, U.S. Naval Submarine League, U.S. Submarine
Veterans, U.S. Naval Institute, and the American Society of Naval
Engineers.
2001-2002
Edward E. Wolfe, SACC
Edward E. Wolfe, President of Wolfe Law Offices and past President of the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association, contributes a wealth of experience regarding various legal matters as a
four year member of the PSNBA Board.
Ed grew up in Norfolk, VA., and graduated from the George Mason University School of Law, West Virginia University, and the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Management Program. Ed’s vast Federal experience includes employment with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the National Marine Fisheries Service, and Legislative Director for a Member of Congress.
Professional organizations Ed belongs to include the Washington State Bar Association, former Chairman of the State Bar Professionalism Committee, the American Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the King County Bar Association, and Trustee of the Kitsap County Bar Association. Ed has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Kitsap County District Court since 2001.
Ed’s local involvement in addition to his participation with the PSNBA Board includes past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers of King County, past President of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Admiral Theater, the Kitsap County Historical Society, and the Olympic College Foundation.
